Support when you need it
REACH, our Tenancy Support Service, provides “floating support” to semi-independent individuals wanting to live independently.
We can provide help with either taking on a new tenancy or maintaining an existing tenancy. The service is confidential and funded by Supporting People. To achieve this we put the person first and make sure that the support needed matches their needs and includes the following areas:
Life Skills - budgeting advice and how to live independently.
Employment / Education - new skills to improve job prospects.
Specialist Support - referrals to specialist assistance
We offer support to people over the age of 18 and live in Sandwell and Dudley. The support is focused on helping individuals in managing their tenancy.
